All sales of original artwork are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out immediately and we will do our best to make it right. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues. Original artworks and prints are carefully prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after purchase. Each artwork is inspected, packaged, and shipped directly by the artist’s studio to ensure quality and authenticity. Optional: Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
